The Monstera "Monkey Mask", dominates lately more and more in the decoration of our interiors. Particular leaves with a dark green colour and several holes on their surface, hanging downwards, giving them the most "bizarre" and impressive look. Ideal in the category of hanging plants.
Description
It is a plant with beautiful, glossy, oval-shaped leaves with holes that hang downwards.
Care
It is a plant that thrives in bright places, but without coming into direct contact with the sun's rays.
Watering
Water it when the soil in the first few cm starts to dry out. In winter, reduce the amount and frequency of water you give her and let her dry out between waterings. Excess moisture can cause rotting of the trunk and root system.
Temperature
The ideal temperature is: 16-25 °C with a limit of cold (10 °C) and heat (30 °C).
Transplanting
Replant it every 2-3 years using good quality substrate for houseplants, ideally the enriched peat soil available in our shop.
Tips
Spray the foliage occasionally with water. The leaves are toxic if swallowed, keep it away from pets and children
